The plight to rethink drug laws!

At last someone is talking sense! Alcohol and Tobacco the two drugs that are known to kill, are legal, and yet they leave the so called harmful drugs in the hands of the pushers and the vulnerable are left to fend for themselves. What a pitiful excuse "Drugs are illegal because they are harmful - they destroy lives and cause untold misery to families and communities." Do they not think this isn't happening anyway? My thought is that perhaps someone up the chain is shall we say having their palms greased and any type of legalisation would deprive them of their "expenses". Vulnerable people are not only talked into an addiction, they then gain a criminal record and so the cycle begins.
