Anti-Social Behaviour

Until there is a uniform method of dealing with any kind of anti-social behaviour including bullying, things are only going to get worse. It needs to be dealt with from an early age upwards. The youth of today know full well that the law is ineffective to stop them.
More importantly their parents are not being held accountable for allowing them to roam the street causing mayhem.
